Once again it is that time of the year when we are obliged, in terms of our constitution, to hold our Annual General Meeting (AGM). We attach the relevant documentation to this email.
It is our intention, to once again have a short and sweet meeting like last year.
For a change and a bit of fun, this year we will hold a short fun quiz instead of having a speaker after the meeting.
Thereafter we will partake in the traditional delicious homemade soup, buttered bread and a glass or two of wine or juice. All at no charge!
For catering purposes, please RSVP to me by Friday evening 17th May.
The membership fees for this year are R160/pp and we would ask that if you have not already paid your membership fee, please do so at the door on the evening. Should you wish to pay before the meeting please EFT to:
